At BAM, we are looking for a Graduate Junior Buyer to join the team. The role will be based in either our BAM Cork Office or our BAM Kildare Head Office.
Making Possible
- Assisting with the procurement process for products and services.
- Supporting sourcing, tendering and RFQ activities.
- Assisting with supplier management and maintaining supplier information.
- Supporting cost control and purchasing administration.
- Working with internal stakeholders to support supply chain efficiencies and continuity of supply.
- Maintaining and updating procurement systems and records.
- All administrative tasks involved in the procurement and buying process.

What do you bring to the role?
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.
- 3rd level college degree in Business, Business Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP).
- Experience using procurement software or ERP systems would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities to strict deadlines.
- Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
