Making Possible
Working alongside site electrician, duties include
- RCD Testing, PPM’s, AHU servicing,
- Installations, motor replacements, electronic door locks, emergency light installs and repairs, BMS monitoring and small installations,
- Fire Alarm testing, Annual distribution board checks and testing, Panic Alarms, Affray alarm maintenance and repairs.
- Safe isolation, AP duties,
- Basic Plumbing, Generator testing & maintenance
- UPS monitoring & maintenance.
Your team
• Working as part of a FM team based out of Derbyshire Police Headquarters
• Hours 8:00am – 17:00pm (1 hour break included)
• Team consists of 1 x FM Manager, 1 x Admin, 1x Cleaning Supervisor, 7 x Cleaning Operatives, 1 x electrician, I x handy person and 1 x Fabric Technician
• This position requires you to be police vetted prior to start.
