We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team at BAM FM in Dublin City Centre on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company to work in a corporate facility environment.
Making Possible
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, in line with the cleaning service schedules and specifications. This will include weekly and periodic tasks.
- Take part in employee training to develop and maintain a full understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH, cleaning methods, cleaning training and site-specific processes and procedures.
- Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring you have what you need to uphold our high standards of cleaning services.
- Carry out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as the need arises.
- Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary.
- Ensure that clothing, including footwear and headgear, and personal hygiene is of the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain component hygiene standards.

What do you bring to the role?
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but certainly not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of our team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities.
