At BAM we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Dublin City Centre.

Making Possible
- Organising employee rosters ensuring sufficient cover in all areas.
- Ensuring correct and thorough training is given to all employees on the cleaning products and duties.
- Ensuring correct levels of stock are held and replenished when minimum levels arise.
- Ensure that all weekly and monthly timesheets are collated and returned by the appropriate deadlines and as per payroll Instructions.
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures.
- Participate in performance reviews.
- Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
- Carry out Health and Safety Audits.
- Have a flexible approach to work in response to business change, development and review of best practices.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required or requested by the Facilities Manager.
- To supervise the current team of cleaners ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
- To use the appropriate equipment, materials, tools and machinery to ensure the job is done effectively.
- Deal with all staff performance, disciplinary issues in line with company procedures.
- Manage the roll out of specialist cleaning where requested by the site.
- Supervise, train, and support a team of cleaning operatives across a busy site.
What do you bring to the role?
- Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisory role.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for the client, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Excellent Personality and Customer Service Skills.
- Maintain accurate records, including stock control, equipment checks, and reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
