BAM Site Solutions is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to be based out of our Offices in Kilsyth. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday on a rotating shift basis of 8.00 am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm.
The Customer Service Coordinator provides an outstanding service to our clients through the Site Solutions Hub, processing hire & sales transactions efficiently, answering calls and assisting in the resolution of customer queries.
Making Possible
- Preparation of customer quotations and orders efficiently ensuring a first class customer experience through the BAM Site Solutions Hub.
- Developing a good working knowledge of our product range through training and continuous development.
- Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
- Ensuring prompt response to enquiries with agreed SLA and that transactions are processed efficiently with customers kept up to date on progress via email or telephone.
- Assisting in the cross hire and purchasing of products from an agreed supplier database to fulfil customer requirements, as well as working closely with our internal product managers to offer the best products to our customers.
- Work as part of the team in managing the shared inbox picking up customer queries, orders and quotes whilst adhering to clear SLA’s.
- Ability to manage your own time and plan your day effectively and efficiently in order to make sure all elements of the role are completed.
Your team
You will be based out of our Offices in Kilsyth. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday on a rotating shift basis of 8.00 am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm.

What do you bring to the role?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who is diligent and motivated, as well as being a fast learner. The ideal candidate will have:
- GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and good numeracy skills.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive approach to work, ability to use own initiative with confidence.
- Ability to complete a task first time with relevant support and training.
- Able to manage your time effectively so all workflows are addressed.
