As Senior Lean Proces Engineer, you will:
- Lead improvement projects across our entire value chain, collaborating closely with other departments and experienced colleagues.
- Improve material and logistics flows, design efficient processes, and support the creation of optimized workplaces.
- Introduce and embed Industrial Best Practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company of FLC.
- Support and train project teams in Industrial methods, Lean tools, and standards.
- Establish and monitor performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Challenge the status quo by reviewing existing processes and KPIs to identify and resolve constraints and inefficiencies.
- Facilitate workshops to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement.
Your team
You’ll join FLC, responsible for designing and constructing the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany. Our team is building not only the tunnel but also the facilities for prefabrication and accommodation, creating a unique “Tunnel village” for our workforce.
We offer you
- A competitive salary range from €6.000 to €8,000 monthly, based on your experience.

This is you
- Degree in civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering, business management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Lean Proces Engineering within construction or manufacturing.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset for optimizing construction processes.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing).
- Proven track record in implementing Industrial Methods, preferably in Takt Production.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence at all levels.
- Analytical, eager to learn, and a true team player.
