At BAM we are looking for an FM-Commercial Manager to join our team based in the Kill, Kildare Head Office.

Making Possible

• Management and co-ordination of commercial activity.
• Managing contract governance and commercial risk.
• Overseeing contract performance against SLAs/KPIs.
• Pricing variations and change control.
• Budget development and cost forecasts.
• Supplier/contractor commercial oversight.
• Supporting procurement with tender evaluation.
• Commercial analysis and reporting.
• Liaison with Clients & compiling tender costing.
• Project reporting - monthly and quarterly reporting to the Head of our Finance Department.
• Project reporting -  actual & forecast reporting for multiple projects.
• Implementing cost saving strategies.
• Working on new opportunities & bidding for new projects.
• Sending out tenders and evaluating responses.
• Letting subcontract & supplier packages.
• Managing subcontractors & suppliers.

What do you bring to the role?

• Experience of a commercial nature in building, M&E or FM.
• Experience in cost reporting, subcontractor management & efficiency evaluations.
• The ability to communicate, control, organise budgets.
• Experience working in bidding.
• Strong contractual competency.
