Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience you need to stand out in the industry from day one.
We’re looking for recent graduates in Building Services or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering to join our Graduate Programme starting Summer 2026.
With opportunities available in Dublin, Carlow, Limerick, Galway, and Donegal this is your chance to take the first step toward an exciting and rewarding career.

What do you bring to the role?
From day one, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, professionally, and efficiently from start to finish.
You’ll join a dynamic team working on some of the largest and most complex building services and M&E projects across Ireland.
We’re looking for ambitious final-year students and recent graduates with a Building Services qualification who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.
You should be studying for (or have recently completed) a relevant degree in Building Services or M&E Engineering at an Irish third-level institute or university, and you will have graduated in 2025 or be due to graduate in Summer 2026.
