Your mission
As a Graduate Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering some of Ireland's most exciting and complex construction projects. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience coordinating site activities, leading teams, managing resources and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, leadership capability and project management skills in a real-world environment. Through exposure to every stage of the construction process, you'll build the confidence, experience and professional expertise needed to progress your career and achieve your long-term ambitions within the industry.
Supported by our Graduate Programme, dedicated Early Careers Team and experienced mentors, you'll have the opportunity to continuously learn, grow and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Who are we looking for
We're looking for ambitious, motivated and curious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.
You should be studying for (or have recently completed) a relevant degree in Construction Management at an Irish third-level institution or university.
You will have graduated in 2026 or be due to graduate in Summer 2027.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about the built environment, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to projects that shape communities and create a more sustainable tomorrow.
