Your Mission
As a Graduate Civil or Structural Engineer, you'll play an important role in delivering some of Ireland's most complex and innovative construction and infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, you'll contribute to the planning, design, coordination and delivery of engineering solutions that help shape the built environment.
You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in areas such as site engineering, technical problem-solving, quality assurance, surveying and project coordination, while developing a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build your technical expertise, develop your professional skills and gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle. Supported by experienced mentors, industry experts and our dedicated Early Careers Team, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Who are we looking for ?
We're looking for ambitious, motivated and curious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.
You should be studying for (or have recently completed) a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering at an Irish third-level institution or university.
You will have graduated in 2026 or be due to graduate in Summer 2027.
