What do you bring to the role?
As a Graduate Health, Safety & Welbeing Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping to create and maintain safe, healthy and positive working environments across BAM's projects and workplaces.
Working alongside experienced Health & Safety professionals and project teams, you'll support the implementation of BAM's safety standards, policies and procedures, helping to ensure that everyone goes home safe every day. You'll gain hands-on experience conducting site inspections, supporting risk assessments, participating in safety initiatives, monitoring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture across our projects.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, communication skills and professional confidence while contributing to one of the most important aspects of our business. Supported by experienced mentors, subject matter experts and our dedicated Early Careers Team, you'll develop the expertise needed to build a successful career in Health & Safety and make a meaningful impact from day one.
