Your mission

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful commercial delivery of some of Ireland's most exciting construction and infrastructure projects. Working alongside experienced commercial teams, you'll gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle, helping to manage costs, contracts and project finances while ensuring value is delivered for our clients and stakeholders.

You'll develop practical experience in areas such as cost planning, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, contract administration and financial reporting. Through hands-on project involvement, you'll build a strong commercial awareness and develop the analytical and problem-solving skills required to succeed in a fast-paced industry.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to build your technical expertise, gain valuable project experience and develop the professional skills needed to become a future commercial leader. Supported by experienced mentors, industry experts and our dedicated Early Careers Team, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow and make a meaningful impact from day one.

 

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for ambitious, motivated and curious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.

You should be studying for (or have recently completed) a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying at an Irish third-level institution or university.

You will have graduated in 2026 or be due to graduate in Summer 2027.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about construction, commercially minded and eager to learn. Whether your ambition is to develop your commercial expertise, achieve professional accreditation or become a future leader within the industry, you'll have the drive to embrace new challenges and maximise the opportunities available through our Graduate Programme.
