About the role
We are looking for an experienced Prequalification Manager to lead the preparation and submission of prequalification documentation for major opportunities across Ireland. This is a key role within the preconstruction team, ensuring the organisation is shortlisted for frameworks and tenders both within the building and infrastructure sectors.
Working closely with preconstruction, operational, technical, commercial and sustainability teams, you will coordinate high-quality and compliant submissions that showcase our experience, capability and competitive strengths.

Making Possible
- Lead Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs), Selection Questionnaires (SQs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and framework applications.
- Manage multiple concurrent submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate inputs from operational, engineering, commercial, HSEQ, sustainability and supply chain teams, as appropriate.
- Develop content, project case studies and qualification materials that demonstrate our expertise and track record.
- Review qualification criteria and identify strengths, risks and capability gaps.
- Maintain a library of project case studies, CVs, corporate information and supporting evidence.
- Drive continuous improvement of prequalification processes, content and knowledge library.
What do you bring to the role?
- Proven experience in a prequalification, bid management or proposals role within construction, infrastructure or civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement processes.
- Experience delivering successful prequalification submissions for major building and/or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent project management, written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Irish public procurement and framework processes.
- Experience across both building and civil engineering sectors.
