Senior Business Change Manager

BAM UK&I are looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to be based from any of our UK&I offices.  

Your mission

As a Senior Business Change Manager within EPMO your main duties will include: 
•    Lead the Practice to develop and implement change management standards, processes, approaches and tools to help support the Change Team, EPMO and the Organisation deliver strategic change 
•    Develop skills and competency frameworks aligned to career pathways and lead development of this within the team
•    Lead and manage  business change managers and business analysts aligned to career aspirations ensuring robust PDRs and development support
•    Lead and support change management at an organisational level, establishing and managing change networks within the operational business and business functions where appropriate
•    Own, design, improve and advocate the change management framework using standardised templates e.g. stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis.  
•    Understand the business context where change is being delivered / implemented and recommend comprehensive change management strategies and interventions
•    Facilitating and increase successful change for projects by upskilling and supporting the team
•    Readiness to receive change capability in line with BAU capacity e.g. having the over-arching view of change across the organisation and advising on implementation timelines
•    Lead change management activities across programmes and projects, as required, applying change management principles and tools to create a strategy to support successful change adoption

As a Senior Business Change Manager you will have:
•    Expert understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools across a broad array of industries and complex projects
•    Proven experience in developing and leading successful change strategies that solve for complex strategic change ambitions
•    Strong Leadership and line management experience
•    Excellent facilitation skills
•    Very Strong stakeholder management with a positive influencing personality 
•    Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
•    Excellent listening and communications skills
•    Strong business acumen
•    Project management and planning skills
•    Analytical mindset and critical thinking
•    Able to cope with pressure
•    Good problem-solving skills
•    Team player & able to collaborate with others
•    Relevant degree and change management professional qualification
