Geotechnical Engineer

BAM Ritchies of BAM UK&I require a Geotechnical Engineer to join the Geotechnical Engineering department of their business. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be planning and leading the safe, technically excellent delivery of geotechnical works on various projects across the UK.

Your mission
-
Maintain open lines of communication with the Geotechnical team regarding the progress of the project and relevant developments

Supervision & management of the safe, efficient delivery of geotechnical works’ to an excellent technical standard

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the Client, the supply chain and third parties

Maintain high levels of personal safety and environmental standards, implementing safe systems of work on site

Accurate record keeping for site activities, and short term forecasting of resources on a project basis
Who are we looking for?
Required
-
Experience in delivering geotechnical works’ (piling, soil nailing, ground anchors, grouting etc)
-
Communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
Preferred
