KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and BAM UK & Ireland - BAM UK & Ireland's infrastructure segment is currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator.
Due to the site being a high-security military naval base, additional security checks will be required – a BPSS level of security clearance is necessary. These checks can take up to 8 weeks to process. Only candidates holding EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member passports and who have been UK residents for the last 5 years can be considered for this role.

- Contract: Permanent, 42.5 hours a week
Making Possible
As Logistics Administrator, you will be working in a live MOD facility. Your day to day will include:
- Oversee the administration and ongoing maintenance of the project’s Datascope platform, including validating and approving supplier information, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records to support compliance and operational readiness
- Update and manage client lookahead schedules, coordinating with internal teams to gather progress
updates, identify upcoming requirements, and ensure stakeholders had clear, timely visibility of
project milestones - Administer driver documentation and access passes, maintaining accurate logs, processing new
requests, and ensuring all personnel met site-access and compliance standards - Organise and maintain structured filing systems within ProjectWise, ensuring documentation is
uploaded, categorised, and controlled in line with project protocols and audit requirements - Manage shared team email inboxes, triaging incoming correspondence, categorising messages for
efficient workflow, and distributing actions to the appropriate team members to maintain smooth
communication across the project - This profile is not exhaustive. From time to time, you may be required by the Company to

capabilities and, where necessary, training, and full support will be given

- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Confident use of Microsoft office software to compile and present information within varied forums
