Site Administrator

BAM is currently recruiting for a Site Administrator based at our Leeds Station project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day project administration and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of processes on site.
With guidance from the project team, you will provide administrative support to wider teams, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Your team
Location: Leeds Station
Hours: 42.5
Permanent: This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week
Making Possible
- Be the first point of contact for our project office
- Support with KPI reporting, using internal and client systems and data collection
- Collation of content to support case study creation and impact reports
- Assisting the site team with the ordering of materials/plant to ensure they have what is required to proceed with the site works / Goods receipting and invoice clearing
- Support coordination of site visits and community engagement activities
- Scheduling meetings and room bookings
- Booking travel and accommodation where necessary
- Assist with the coordination of new starter inductions, ensuring all paperwork and right-to-work documentation is processed in a timely manner.
- Support the commercial team with payroll administration, including weekly timesheets and monthly salary allocations
- Respond to employee queries regarding site-specific processes, policies, and systems in a professional and helpful manner
- Coordinating and managing project communications
- Supporting the Liaison with stakeholders and community groups.
- Assisting with document control.
- Assisting with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Social Value records and audits.
- Reviewing and updating the training and development matrix and arranging training when required.
- Carrying out other duties as required by the management team.
What do you bring to the role?
- General administration experience with good IT skills (proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Some experience of working in a fast-paced, similar role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation with strong attention to detail ensuring records are maintained.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Good interpersonal skills - must be a team player.
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to have a full-time presence at the Leeds Station Site Office.
