Making Possible

•    Track record of delivering business change projects to time, cost and quality.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communicator.
•    Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellent organisational skills.
•    Experience in business analysis and requirement definition.
•    Knowledge of project governance frameworks, planning tools, delivery methodologies and best practices.
•    Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
•    Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and external suppliers within a single project.
•    Demonstrable blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills, as this is a highly visible position with substantial impact.
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
•    Previous business change project management experience.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;
  • 8+ years post-qualification experience with tier one contractors
  • Background in large scale, high head count sites
  • Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
  • Have good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Be methodical, pay attention to detail and be accurate.
  • Good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Able to co-ordinate a number of different projects at the same time.
  • The drive to be responsible for exceeding targets.
