BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to lead the customer service team in providing high-quality support to clients. 
This is a full-time role working on site at Wellingborough. BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Your mission

Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team. 

Set and monitor performance metrics. 

Provide training and support to team members. 

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution. 

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Achieving team performance targets. 

Who are we looking for?

A strong leader with experience in managing customer service teams. 

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. 

Ability to manage KPIs and drive team performance. 

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
